I have dealt with AJ twice now personally. He is definitely a go to person when I want to visit he goes out of his way to help you and make it about more then just a purchase! Today we went to get a pre ordered game and came across AJ and Jackaline (if I spelt it wrong I am sorry) it went beyond just a pick up they introduced us to new games my husband and myself would have never thought of and had us rolling in laughs with our casual conversation making you feel at home!! 100% recommend going to see them they are a duo team and so happy I was able to have this experience today

Not really, they'll buy them from you even if they're broken but besides basic diy troubleshooting, they can't help you much
They are now open and accepting trade in again but will only allow 5 people in at a time.
Call the store if they don't have it they can redirect you to a store that can.
