We had such a great experience tonight shopping for kitchen backsplash tile! The store has gorgeous choices and eye catching, beautiful displays. We were so lucky to run into "Torry", who was so knowledgeable, helpful, honest, patient and attentive. She knew her product, sizes and offered us quite a range to select from. Our local handyman recommended this place over Lowe's and Home Depot and I can completely agree now and see why. Plus, they take back leftovers. While Torry was working with us, I was texting our installer. It all worked out and Torry knew exactly what to suggest, offer, upsell and created the look we were hoping for! Way to go having Torry on your sales team!

Great selection of tile and flooring, gives you that HGTV feeling you look for when digging for materials. Their prices put Lowes to shame I'm not sure how they can price as low as they do. I do wish there was a pinch more in floor selection in the realm of color choices and patterns. Employees we're both helpful and courteous. Edit Jan 6: went to pick up some tile and grout. I was helped by Cerell, let me tell you the level of customer service she provided was dialed to 12. It was her last 30 min for her shift and she helped me from start to finish without the feeling of I'm being rush thru so she can go home. We had a lovely chat in between selections of material, she carried herself in a manner that showed she was joyful in what she was doing, I don't know what she makes/hr but she needs a promotion to customer service training specialist. Flat out "floored" with today's visit.
