I had someone dump a kitten on my deck. Banfield got us right in, were super helpful and knowledgeable, and the vet was awesome. And it didn't cost me a paycheck to be seen.

They have this thing on their website saying free visit with coupon. Well first of all I want to say that is a lie. They had every excuse not to take my coupon. I used to think a lot of this place but I've come to realize that it's not about the pet it's about the money and how deep your pockets are. I told them before leaving to let me know what test they were running and how much each test cost so I would know if I would be able to afford the visit. They decided to take it upon themselves to run all kinds of tests not once calling me to let me know the cost of these tests. But they managed to call me to let me know how big the bill was and wanted to know when I was going to pay it. They didn't seem concerned at all about the animal. So I found a vet, a very good vet, an actual vet that let me know up front what test they would be running and how much each test would cost. Then they proceeded to tell me that they knew of some organizations that could help me on the bill if I could not afford to pay the whole thing. My suggestion? Don't go to Banfield go somewhere where they actually care about the animal not the amount of money in your bank account..SMH

No, but you can call us during hospital hours for urgent care advice. Depending on the situation, we can help provide a referral for urgent care, specialty providers, or to an emergency hospital. During non-hospital hours, please contact your local emergency hospital.
During business hours they can get you in very quickly. But after hours you would need to go elsewhere
Just be prepared to pay for the plan even if your pet passes away. They have hounded me for 4 mos. AFTER MY DOG DIED
They are plan to cover routine pet costs at an easy to budget consistent rate. We have one for our dog and included the flea/heartworm/intestinal worm medication which cuts down on the cost. He's also got a genetic screening and was neutered using the plan. Way more cost effective to have it than not!
