They were very friendly with reasonable prices! They made putting our cat down so much more easier than you could ever imagine. Very happy with their services.

Dr. Cruz, Vickie and Barb are the best! They took care of my Maggie during an emergency and made sure she received the BEST Care possible. Thank you for being compassionate and thorough.

Wildly unhelpful. Not interested in helping pets. Two thumbs down.

If I could give zero stars I would! If you are thinking about starting a wellness plan !DONT! Its a huge scam! It's easier to just got to a normal vet and get a six month supply of medication than to pay the ridiculous amount they charg every month. If you want to get out of your plan, dont call the woodruff rd facility or you will be given the number to identity theivs. Also, Dr Cruz is by far the worst vet I have come in contact with and she is one of the reasons I'm writing this review. She is extremely rude and if I hadn't caught it, she would have caused my dogs heart worms to worsen. This whole place is a joke and the only reason I kept taking my dog there is dr lane. Dr lane is always great with both of my dogs and a very capable and kind vet. If she where to go to another facility I would continue to take my dogs to her. I never write reviews, but I have been run around for the last time.

You can spread the cost of your wellness plan across the 12 months of your annual agreement to make it easier to budget for the essential health care your pet needs. Your monthly payments can be automatically withdrawn from a checking or savings account or charged to a credit card so that you don’t have to worry about them once you enroll. We also offer the option of paying in full if you prefer.

What is an Optimum Wellness Plan?

Banfield Pet Hospital | Sep 16, 2020

Optimum Wellness Plans are designed to provide annual preventive care. They include head-to-tail exams, vaccines, early screening diagnostics, consultations for proper nutrition, dental care and more! Since wellness plans are not insurance, they do not include treatment for unpredictable or abnormal conditions, however discounts would apply. Because pets need ongoing preventive care, wellness plans automatically renew at the end of each twelve month period (unless paid in full at enrollment).
