The food was not hot, and it took to long to get condiments. Please be more observant of food on the floor and the appearance of your workers. Waitress had a pleasant voice and attitude.

In Augusta there are very few choices when it comes to seafood. This is a restaurant chain that you can expect decent food and a fair price. What I like about this location is the staff. They are always friendly and will get you seated and taken care of even at busy times. Of course you got to get the cheddar biscuits. Did you even go to Red Lobster if you didn't get these? I take my youngest daughter here for Daddy's daughter date night. She loves Shirley temple. I don't go here very often because it can be a challenge to get in the parking lot on Washington Road. However I try not to miss Shrimp Fest. All you can eat shrimp cooked several ways. Luckily that usually falls close to my birthday. If you like Red Lobster this place won't disappoint you. If you're expecting fresh high end seafood this is not your place.

I would guess 6 shrimp, cheddar biscuit come with every table as many as you would like, and yes you can sub Baker potato for mashed potatoes
Everyone wears mask customers are about two booths apart they are very much in compliance with the law.
We have always had robust quality assurance and safety standards in place and continue to follow guidance set by the CDC as well as our Total Quality and Food Safety Team.
