I would not recommend working here at all (boarding + daycare side). It all sounded too good to be true and it was. They tell you that you get heart worm and flea and tick prevention. Never got it even after asking. I told them I wouldn’t take more than $11 they told me that was fine and on my paycheck it was $10.50 hourly. They fuss about any over time even if it’s just an hour but will schedule you for exactly 40 hours and then want everything done if your in the yards in the evening which does take awhile. Told them I needed to be off 2 days since we were moving when I got hired and then my app wouldn’t work and nobody would help me get it set up so I could put it on there, they scheduled me and I couldn’t get anyone to cover my shift since everyone was going back to school. I was wrongfully written up for it. I eventually just quit and they wrote it down as I was terminated when I was not. On top of that my dogs records were deleted and they took my copy of vaccine and microchip records. Lied about my dog having worms in his fecal. Went to my actual vet the same day I was told this and he didn’t have any. Now shes taken 3 weeks to write me up a termination of employment letter. I definitely would not recommend working here or taking your pets here. So unorganized and management is horrible.

Our dog was not doing very well at all. After one unsuccessful visit to a different local vet, we decided to lean on Creature Comforts to save our dog. Dr. Lambert, the vet techs, the front office, everyone was so nice, treated us with care, and kept us updated while our dog was there. They were extremely busy the day we needed someone, but Creature Comforts went above and beyond to get him in to their care to save him. They gave us advice on how to handle/care for his situation and recommended Western Carolina for an overnight stay. (They were awesome too). Anyways, Creature Comforts saved our 2 year old puppy and gained so much respect from my family and our neighbors. 5 stars. Thank you for taking care of the upstate animal community.

Yes it is. I will not take my fur babies anywhere else. They really care about you and your family and you as well
👍 yes, you can take Cats too
Make appt. Don't remember about pricing. Would say it is comparable with other offices
They do their last “rounds” between 8-10pm and return about 730am.
