I would have given 5 stars if the representative would have accepted the Verizon pass as verification as they should. It caused a whole lot of extra steps that could've been avoided. They used my pass to unlock the locker, but wouldn't let me have my product that I purchased.

I have brought several Verizon prepaid phones online. They work just fine and I was able to register them online. Or in another case I took it to the Verizon store to activate.

Verizons lack of customer service ( meaning they keep you on hold and never ever pick up) beats that of Comcast. Lack of VZ service is daunting switching is only option SE seo

I do enjoy the service I get when I visit the Store. I have never and hope not to ever be left on hold. I do get my questions answered and my calls picked up.

Why does this store say it's open , when in reality it's closed? Did all corporate Verizon stores close?
