I set an appointment to look at a used jeep for my daughter...even told them one or both of us would be by so she could test drive it. They said they were looking forward to serving us. My daughter arrived in the afternoon to test drive the jeep. The dealer left to get the keys and bring it around for her. They returned with the keys but no jeep. They explained to her that it was sent to auction. This company serves people by posting vehicles on their website and once someone is interested they get rid of it. Seems like a classic bait and switch to me. If this is how they serve people I must confess I am highly disappointed and would recommend someone else.

JT’s Kia is the worst car dealership. First of all they will tell you what ever you want to hear to make a sale, but once you sign that contact there whole attitude changes. I wouldn’t recommend anybody go here. If I had to rate them against a dealership like car max there is no comparison. I don’t usually leave comments on purchases, but in this case JT’s Kia suckes!
I dont know. Its hard to say. It depends on the bank that finances you plus the car u choose. U may have to get something used a new car would be hard to get payments under 300. My score was a 530 when i went, i put down 4000 down and my payments are 405 a month....2018 kia forte....i choose to go new though....up to u what u decide but u may need more$ down if u want that payment under 300

No, there is sensative information that we will not ask over the phone for customers safety. When you call in they will send you a link to do an application online but we cannot take information over the phone for that. No dealership should.
