It use to be better but it's still alright, but now they have a lot of products that say made in China and that's the last thing I'd like to see at an army-navy store

Yes, I was there last week and they do accept credit cards and cash. You can return something if you have not removed the tags and you have the receipt. However they don't give you your money back directly. They give you a store credit that you can spend on anything else in the store.
They do, just gonna take ya a few to find what you're looking for.
