This was the second time ordering from this plce, but I'll not go there again. The first time I went there I bought a red Snapper fish lunch, I paid $15.00, I had only rice and peas and the fish. One week after I went back and got the same exact food it was $22.00. As I walked to the cashier, I asked how much was it, the cashier asked the lady who served me, "Is it $16.00?" The server said no and whispered in her ear, then the cashier said $22.00. I said, "Just last week I paid $15.00 for the same exact food." When I got home I realized there were no posting of prices any where. So they make the prices up as they go along. This is wrong and unethical. I'll be taking this inquiry to the Better Business Bureau.

I understand that this is a Jamaican establishment and I want to respect their customs but the level of unprofessionalism at this place is ridiculous. I came in for a beef patty for myself and my mother and no worker greeted me or asked if I needed any help. After standing in the line for over 15 minutes I was then told by another customer that I was cutting them in line when they weren't even standing to be seen. Although that is probably not their problem when I finally was able to speak to someone to see if they had any the worker was dismissive and rude. I honestly think you can only get good service here if your are Jamaican and that really disheartens me. I have been coming here for years with my family but I think I will take my money else where.

If I'm feeling Caribbean Food this place is my favorite place to come I never get disappointed. The food is always espectacular and so delicious. My wife is Guyanese and she introduced me to this place now. Every thing be Fresh and Hot. We had oxtails, roti skin, dhal pori, cabbage, curry crab, and curry potatoes. Every was Bomb!. If you in town come check this place out if you ever in town. I will be back for more. Thank you for the amazing food!.

Yes they have roti skins that you can order separately but im going to tell you they run out fast because they are so good. So get there early.

They limit the number of people in the facility including staff to 10 I think. They are very efficient and take all precautions by wearing gloves and masks and limiting contact.

It's doable just make sure at any food business you attend to tell them your issues...they food not super spicy in a hot way unless the order wrong thing...but most is not hot other then jerk..

Nearby, there is another shop related to Roti House - they should have Hot Sauce... There is also another Caribbean Market within about a mile, with more choices.
