I have been looking for a car for about five years. Patient, not wanting to be hassled. Finally settled on a vehicle that was right for me, looking for the details and feature so wanted. I came in to Mark Jacobson because it was close, started by working with an online rep. Initially did have some trouble, but was trying to give it a chance, and that’s when I met Viviana on the phone. She was great. Kind, understanding and very helpful. When I called for an appointment to test drive a hybrid, she was honest, from the pricing, to saying the vehicles I was looking at weren’t in stock for a while. But mentioned a Certified Pre-Owned, previous year in stock that drove similarly, suggested I come for a test drive since it drove similarly. I did. When I came in, I met Charles Browning. He was amazing! Super nice, respectful, not pushy, and just listened to what I was wanting and looking for. Knowing I was really needing something, but also wanting to see the feel of this vehicle, honestly, this ended up being the better fit for me than what I was originally looking for. Charlie didn’t push, didn’t over sell, it wasn’t even out of my price range, was a better deal for me in fact! Was very helpful, got me all set up with everything I needed to be ready to go. I would completely recommend him to anyone! He was available to me, and ready for all my questions! He was available, even when I initially wasn’t going for the CPO vehicle, he wasn’t pushy, just patient with me. I joked, I came in for a test drive for another vehicle, but came out with the best vehicle, right fit for me. Thanks Charlie! 10 out of 10! Mark Nelson was great too, straight up, not rude, kind and honest which I’m not used to in the many dealings I’ve had in the last. Was helpful to get me all the other things I wanted for my vehicle too. Even Glen in financing was great! Practically painless. Was honest about different warranties I could or couldn’t get that were or weren’t worth it. Who knew the crazy values and some were automatic for CPO vehicles! Very knowledgeable! Overall, great experience, love my vehicle, the team was great. Would send anyone here!

I called in the morning to verify a popular car was available and the team was quick to respond and let me know it was! They had it ready to show me at lunch and parked it right upfront and respected my time. I was amazed at how friendly everyone was from Viviana Byers making me feel at home with her warm conversation and Robert who was quick to give me all the numbers so I knew what to expect. The one who stood out the most to me was William Bradford and that’s because his customer service went beyond his duties. He was warm, friendly and eager to make sure we were happy. We came in right before close to sign our paperwork so the service department was not open - he did some of the cleaning they were supposed to do for us. He didn’t even tell us just had it done before we left!! This dealership is 5+ stars for me! Thank you guys again!
