Went in to get change for bills singles included. I was told to come back in 15 minutes because the 1 and only teller at the bank was on lunch. There were 2 employees standing there doing nothing. Was asked if there were some errands that i needed to do. This is my errand! How is a bank open and functional with 1 teller? Complete dissatisfaction with this bank. Why be open at all? Update the ATMs with more technology and close it down.

The BOA on 111th Street was a customer service bank. However, for the past five months it has taken over one hour to simply cash a check or transfer funds from one account to another at the 95 th Street . 111th was much more pleasant to accomplish one’s business in 5 - 10 minutes with very pleasant clerks. It is very frustrating at present banking at BOA.

Kyle Spayth went above and beyond the scope of his job to make sure all of my investment and banking needs were taken care of smoothly. He is patient, knowledgeable, kind, and personable. I highly recommend him for Merrill Edge and Bank of America. I also highly recommend Quiana Rogers to assist you with all of your banking needs. She is also very personable and helpful.

Refused to cash my payroll check drawn on Bank Of America, although I had proper identification and documentation. This came after waiting in a long line for 15 minutes, and a police-style interrogation from cashiers Tina and Lori. Avoid this branch. A half dozen customers saw the line and walked out.
