I waited in line for 30 minutes to sell 4 games and purchase. I was told by the associate that I would have to wait for the rest of the people behind me in line so they could pickup their PlayStation 5. Unacceptable I have been a customer forever but not anymore. The associate didn’t even apologize.

Great customer service! My son had some birthday money to spend and had a hard time choosing which games he wanted. Ryan was very patient and friendly to us. We'll definitely be back to this Gamestop!
