Worst store ever, I ordered a washer and dryer online on 7/31/2022 somehow the order was split, the washer was delivered after my appointment time at 9:20 P.M on the delivery date and the dryer was sent to California. I went into the Pooler Georgia store with my concerns and it wasn’t anything they could do but they would give me a discount for this major inconvenience when I reorder the dryer (discount of $100-175 off) I asked if the dryer order could be canceled and reordered. I was told the California store had to cancel the order and send me a gift card. On 8/30 I went into the Pooler Georgia store ready to order the dryer (still haven’t received the gift card) the only thing they could do was give me $50 off. During this process I never spoke with a manager face to face only an associate going back and forth relaying information to a manager. Each visit I was in the store over an hour trying to get the problem resolved. Today is my dryer delivery day and it’s starting off bad already, a delivery truck dropped off the dryer connectors unaware that the dryer was supposed to be delivered. I tried reaching out to Lowe’s Pooler Georgia location and was placed on hold until the line disconnected, called back was put on hold for 20 minutes then hung up on, called Lowe’s customer service number and was advised that the dryer is on another delivery truck and should be delivered today. Poor customer service!!!!
