This location is by far the worst managed location of any fast food restaurant that I have ever experienced. I moved into this area 3 months ago. During those three months, I have tried to visit on 5 different occasions, and not once did I actually get any food! Two times they were just closed, hours early, with people still in the building. Two other times I was told I could only order plain Krystals and the wait would be over 20 minutes. Tonight I was told that they only had a number 1 available. To clarify, they only had 1 number 1, 4 Krystals, available or else I would have to wait 20 minutes. There's absolutely no way that this location isn't hemorrhaging money. I would normally suggest a change in management, but honestly, with how many negative reviews now exist and the several very competent competitors less than 50 feet away, Krystals is probably better off just scrapping this location and selling the building. There's mo coming back from being this very bad for this very long.

Did not receive all of my items. 54$ worth of food Through Door dash. Told them it was all in the bag. Now how 2 Sundays was in a bag? 6 Puffs missing, Family fry, Tots & 2 Sundays. Noone picked up the phone. Door dash was no help. And what dash did give back will take 7 days. Wow!

This restaurant deserves 0 stars! Cane here on a sunday evening, Open sign still lit, cars in line, and the employee states they are closed….I hope you fire your staff costing you money and working for a free dime on your clock while not serving customers, as it states you all are open!!!! When you come to this store, it's important for you to change your mindset from a fast-food one to one of approaching an artisanal genius who is standing between you and excellent hamburgers. Change your expectations, and prepare for sacrifice of your time in exchange for these lovely items. Do not be surly, nor should you speak with a tone of entitlement. Have your money ready, put on an audiobook, and just relax. The food will be made for you and you will have a delicious meal in good time. One caveat is to please check your bag because the circle route to get back to the window could take you another hour.

Not so you get a false time. So that they get a better service time in the drive through. They have a system that compiles times, and pulling you forward allows them to get you off of their sensor.
