I should not even give this place a 1 star.me and my mom when to go get lunch we always order the same things.My mom got a mediterranean bowl while I got mac and cheese in a bread bowl.My moms food was cold and was not even chewable.For me they gave me such a small portion of mac and cheese and the bread was rock hard.My mom spoke with the manager but she didn't even seem to care.One things for sure we will never come here again. (Edit they did not give us a receipt)

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE. Always manage to mess up my orders. I walked in and ordered and two of my items were missing. Go back and the manager doesn’t even bat an eye, just knows that she got my order wrong. Unacceptable.

I shouldn’t even give this place one star. This bug was in my sandwich! You can clearly see the sauce on it! My first & LAST TIME ever ordering from this place. This place shouldn’t be open for something like this. So unsanitary & disgusting!! The employees obviously don’t care cause that’s something you would’ve definitely seen while making the sandwich. My daughter could’ve been the one to eat this sandwich! Luckily I was able to catch it before I ate it. Didn’t even bother eating the rest of my order. Don’t trust this restaurant!

Went into the new location. Nicely done. Place is nice and open plus a nice outside seating area. They are horribly understaffed and the ones that were currently there are horrible in customer service, the lady N****E who was behind the resister was solo and was super inconsiderate IBHE to wait almost 15 minutes for them to refill the coffee. I had to reach out to a manager and even her was indifferent and really didn’t show much care, but another lady whose name I should have gotten stepped up and went in the back and got me a cup of coffee. Given Panera has a coffee subscription program they should inform and train their staff to make sure the coffee flasks are adequate full so customers don’t have to wait long periods. The failure at this location was purely the personnel who were just inconsiderate even though they saw a customer waiting and waiting and waited and didn’t care till I spoke up.

I've noticed they usually base their menus upon what season it is. Hope this helps.
