They only service half the yard for Mosquito treatment and also didn’t finish the Overseeding and Aeration for full yard. We had to call them back today to complete the treatment. We were in the home and saw that they just did half the yard. Customer service agent was helpful to schedule another service at no charge.

I will never use their services again due to only treating part of my front yard instead of all of the front including the sides which I paid for. I have repeatedly had to contact them after each service received to make them aware. Then they would set up a free service each time to correct it. I have cameras all around my home so I can see what has been done and what hasn't. I have just canceled my yearly services today which I pre paid for due to poor services received. I'm so glad I do not have to deal with them anymore. Please be careful when choosing yard services.

I have been receiving(?) service from this outfit for over a year and my lawn looks worse now than when I first hired them. They email that they did the work, don't show up and claim they did. last year they "seeded and aerrated" in early August and even with daily watering nothing grew. I asked for a refund and they danced around the issue blaming me (should have fired them then) The last straw was getting a bill for non existent service after I contacted their corporate offices to cancel (still trying to get that to happen) this whole operation is a scam, for all I know they are sprying water. I'm going to the BBB to call them out.
