Terrific management and maintenance staff on beautiful grounds. Older park with some homes in need of attention but having a clubhouse, laundromat and pool are nice amenities. Some older portions of the Park have only 50 amps service but upgrades to 100 amps are possible as newer homes are brought in. No fiber yet so internet speed is sadly slow (10-20 mbps). Still, one of the nicer senior parks in the region!

No there is is a list of the acceptable trailer's in the Office at the Park
After asking a resident who confirmed this is a senior and the residents all own their homes.
I live here you can have 1 dog or cat with a max weight of 25 pounds. You must be 55 and higher no kids this a senior park. People and management are awesome! Good luck!
Sometimes it depends on where the unit is located. My space rent is 560 and that just recently went up to that price.
