Came through to Greensboro NC and my reservations stated handicap assistance and accessable seating! Not one time was I greeted with assistance I had to carry my luggage!

There are hotels all around Greensboro but not immediately outside of the train station. The closest hotel is about 7-12 minutes from the Greensboro amtrak station. Hope this helps

Looks like The Crescent departs around 3:44am and arrives around 12:08pm. The Carolinian departs at 8:24am and arrives 7:00pm. Value seats are $104 and $132 respectively, but there may be AAA, senior, etc... Discount fares.

The parking is secure their is enough lights outside an you will have to check inside about prices for parking not sure about that..
