When I was out of work due to an accident that happened my fridge went out. I had a friend of mine go up to this store to find me a fridge because they recommended them. I was able to call and pay over the phone which was convenient. I was laid up in the bed when my friend delivered the fridge. When I was able to get in there later in the day I opened this "New" fridge up to look in it. I spotted 2 German roaches in the trim. Instantly I instructed my spouse to get it out the house. We didn't have bugs in our house and don't plan to. We have Hornes Pest Control come out 1-2 times a month to make sure there is no chance of seeing anything. Once it was removed less than 6 hours later it was put under my car port. To this day it is still there because I feel they should come pick it up and refund my money. We are since having to have our house treated for German Roaches because they say the fridge was infested. This place is a disgrace.

They don’t like to warranty there. Bought a new freezer in December and the door hinge has already broken and have been waiting 3 weeks for the replacement and still don’t have one.

Those people didn't change words, we brought a chest 🧰 freezer in the box that was dented and had broken hinges. Called the store and they said bring it back. They didn't give us any problems. Good service after the sale. I truly enjoy people who understand that this is the thank you economy and when people come and spend their money with you, they want to be appreciated.
