Was an easy buy because I searched online and knew what set I wanted. The application process was fast and sales person was ok. Sale was made delivery date was set for the following week. I did paperwork and paid deposit however days later I get a call saying it wouldn’t be delivered because the sales person forgot to get verification of employment. All that should of been completed prior to me paying a deposit. Delivery day comes they couldn’t give an approximate delivery time. Waited all day for them to show up missing a part for the mirror to be placed on my dresser. So they leave and come back then it wasn’t stable when they attached the mirror so I was told they would deliver another mirror 2 days later which didn’t happen and still has yet to happen.

The folks down at farmers home furniture could not have been nicer! Sonia, Matthew and Stephanie were so kind and helpful. My family and I had such a pleasant experience shopping there! We got a great deal on a sofa/love seat combo.If your looking for furniture, give them a try you won't be disappointed!

I purchased a new rocker recliner from this company on 8/29/2022. I paid a $99 fee for delivery. The delivery date was scheduled for 9/9/2022 on the day of purchase. I received a text message from them on 9/2/2022 that my recliner would be delivered today. The delivery was made in the rain, without the recliner being covered for protection. One of the deliverers wanted to force the recliner through a doorway that was too small, so he would not have to take the time to remove the back of the recliner. Luckily, the other deliverer refused to force the furniture through the doorway and removed the back so there was no damage to the recliner. This delivery fiasco cost me $99.
