I’ve been consistently pleased with the team at Audi Manhattan. Recently brought my etron for servicing and Valentine explained transparently that he’d try his best to get his techs to fix the electronic issue that was making the MMI fail. Fortunately, they were able to resolve the issue with the car before the end of the day and I had the car ready for the weekend. I brought my previous Audi to this location for 5-years and they’ve always had the parts in stock. Rarely have I had to wait extra days for parts to arrive. Will continue to return. Still giving 5-stars, but bear in mind that their calendar gets full QUICKLY (2022, labor shortage, COVID, I don’t know….). Gone are the days of being able to get an appointment for your car the next day. So, plan in advance and you’ll be in good hands.

Free and easy. We did one this weekend and were able to schedule it.
No. The only way you can park in the Audi place is to have your car serviced. Unlike other places, they don't have parking. There's parking along the side streets. If you are lucky, you might score one. Also, the showroom is not that big. There's only four cars in there. But they do have refreshments there so you might want to take your time and have a snack and something to drink before you leave.

I purchased a CPO from here and live and will be registering in NJ. They applied the NJ tax instead of the NY. They also register it with NJ instead of NY.
