They made me understand buying their warranty. Allows Bank of America to lower interest rates. Don't buy their warranty. Banks will not apply for loans. Buying a car here has nothing to do with your credit score. It feels like Bank of America is run by their sales manager.

I was at Paragon Acura for a new MDX and had a trade on. My sales person was Mr Wilson Mateo, who by the way was a very friendly person. During the negotiation process, Mr Alexander Matallana joined in and he seemed a good person also. We were very close to coming to a deal but i needed a little more time to accept the final offer. I call back the next morning to accept the deal, they ignored me for a couple of hours and when i finally get a hold of Mr Wilson Mateo, first he acted like he doesn't know me or remember anything and wanted to do a deal without trade in as their used car manager doesn't want the trade in anymore. Then, their business development manager called me to know what happened and “comes with a solution“ which is me paying about 2000 dollars more than their offer. This is my 7th car purchase and i saw some bad dealerships along the way, but this was deception on another level and completely unethical. Buyers beware. stay away if you don't want to waste a day there negotiating for the deal which in fact doesn’t exist if you was ready to get it done
