The store had the absolute best customer service of ever experienced at Lowe's! You're associates Jimmy, Bri and Shakira all provided customer service all exceeded my expectations! They took the time to walk me to the locations of the products that I needed to purchase and were extremely knowledgeable about my product requirements. They should all be commended by management for their professionalism and assistance.

Great selection. I was searching for 2 hard-to-find items. Two female employees were nearby, but on their cell phones and never even looked up. (I have to say that this has not been the norm for Lowes). But 2 other employees went out of their way to offer help, thankfully. That's the kind of service that will keep people coming back!

Yes they do. Consider the cordless blinds. A few extra dollars but so worth the money.
Have to take the item or items back to customer service with your receipt
Pay attention to the damaged and old stock at Lowe's. You can get a great deal on a new appliance and have the energy savings.
They have a huge rack of gift cards for almost every business you can imagine. Look up front near the registers
