I've rented from enterprise several times over the years, even purchased my vehicle from the greensboro location but have never once left a review. I felt my service was above and beyond this time and if given the choice will not rent from any other location except for the n main high point one. Aaron and Vanessa made me feel like they truly cared about my experience. I've never been contacted about my rental before now, I was called the day after them checking on my satisfaction. There were a few minor issues such as the key battery being low, the windshield wipers not working well & a window leak and Aaron gave me a generous discount. I'm very grateful for my rental experience and wish the airport enterprises would take note from this location about customer service. Wonderful experience. Thank you.
