Mailbox is full one time I got to leave a message the message was never returned so I've never had a chance to deal with them but I'd say we're not starting off on a good note

Never open when they say they will be. Fishy they only take cash. Don't answer phones.

Hi so I work here, One main issue with some of these reviews is that they are from when the building was Doc Williams, we are not that any longer. Second calling us 2 days out of the week is not weeks. Another thing pick up time says it varies, and I'm also aware of who leaves the negative reviews online, but still come in for our services after they do so. For starters leaving negative reviews before you even talk to anyone, and still accept an appointment to come in with issues. There are multiple posts on our page that says your animal will be turned away, if in heat, pregnant, or overweight due to safety concerns. Also the pain meds are always with the papers, they wouldn't get forgotten if someone didn't keep interrupting with can I have my dog when post op care is being explained. Also throwing money and having an attitude, is going to cause some aggravation. If saying okay and apologizing is rude and having an attitude then so be it, sorry things didn't go as you wanted. If it was terrible service why did you let your pet stay after coming in multiple times throughout the day. Theres only one receptionist with thousands of people calling and making appointments and coming in multiple times to check on there pets as well. Theres nothing wrong with checking in, but we've been making it a point to let everyone know we're short staffed, so the receptionist also helps with the animals in the back as well. Also were only open to public surgeries 2 days of the week, so the phone gets answered 2 sometimes 3 days out of the week, but voicemails are gone through 2 days of the week, it just takes time to call back the almost 200 and more voicemails left for 1 week. It's also overwhelming to go through, Facebook, messenger, emails, online appointments, walk ins, phone calls, and voicemails. Its impossible for 1 person to keep up with. Its okay that there's some negative reviews its going to happen, no where is perfect and everyone has opinions. In the future I hope there's more understanding than what has been shown in the online reviews. Especially when concerns are not mentioned in person, but they are online.

You can call them. They are open just Mon, Wed and Fridays I think.
Your looking around $95 for the spay and $10 for Rabies. You can set it up on their website and get the total.
Call in morning, yes, you will need an appointment, but easy to get
The price actually increased starting in April. It's $150 for a female dog under 50 lb. It goes up the more they weigh.
Hi..they have a price list on their Facebook page you can check out.
I believe my daughter paid around 200 for her male cat. Sometimes they offer free services.
I think they have closed. My friends had a appointment and they went there and it was closed then and that was several months ago.
I don't remember exactly because I took three male cats there about a month ago, the price has gone up a little bit from when it was Doc Williams but I want to say it was about $70 because I think it was $210 for all 3.
No
We were closed due to an employee absence. Apologies.
If you call them they will tell you, also depends on how old they are.
Drop off times is Monday, Wednesday and Friday between 8-8:30 am with appointment. Doc William's SPCA is closed permanently. There is no other ones. We are now PetPaws Spay/neuter Clinic.
The one in moncks corner closes, not this location
Check with the new SPCA on Hy 17A
Have you found a place for your rabbits? I need one neutered as well but canβt find anyone to do it for cheap!
