I've been here multiple times..and for the most part I've had no issues...BUT there are definitely cons: the staff is young- and with that can sometimes come a level of immaturity and lack of professionalism. Not answering the phone, dropping calls, not being completely transparent OR on the same page in relation to the pricing of their package daycare purchases (basically get different pricing from different employees) ..are some of the things I have experienced. Overall NOT a horrible place to go!

They ALWAYS do the best job with my little doggy Rocket. He is so hyper and such a drama queen but they make him look amazing and he always comes back a happy little dog. I wanted to leave a good tip but didnt realize I had to tell them before they ran my credit card. If you see this review, Im so sorry. I will not forget next time. Thank you for your services!

I took my pug here and had a great experience! Got the furminator grooming with bath and was very impressed! He came back happy and smelling nice! The staff was friendly and they got the job done very quickly. I will definitely be taking him back!

HI. Thanks for your question. Yes we do like for our first time guests to have an evaluation/temperament test. More so for daycare as we can usually evaluate boarding guests while they stay with us. Feel free to call us anytime.
Also, if you want a trim or just a shampoo/regular groom. Regardless, they are worth the money because their groomers are well trained, professional and caring.
Hi thanks for your enquiry. We do not take in dogs that need to put up for adoption. You would need to take your dogs to a registered no kill shelter. Somewhere like the Charleston animal shelter.
I believe it's by size of your 🐕... but they are reasonable and have someone there 24hrs a day so its worth anything extra. My dogs love it there. Highly recommend.
