It's public and dealer.
Yes you can put in a $500 deposit so that you will be able to bid and that will be credited to anything you buy or you will receive the money back when you decide to leave and you should always show up early and bring a mechanic in order to crank up the car and check it out
Yes it's a public auction, there is a $500 buy in to be able to bid on vehicles, cash only, if you don't buy anything you get that back, if you do get the bid the $500 goes towards the total amount of the bid of vehicle. The night I went there was a good amount and selection of vehicles that were up for bid anywhere from $700- highest bidder(that is if seller accepts the bid at a lower price). Also if no one bids you can go up and aquire an asking price for that particular vehicle to purchase.
Yes
Yes you can sell your car without being a dealer. You have to go up there to pay your $20 nonrefundable fee if I recalled correctly and bring your car up there so they can placed it in line with the other cars. Then you just bring your title with you when you come to the auction sale on Wednesday if I am not mistaken. You can always call the office and ask questions. That's what I did my first time going this year.
6:30 every Tuesday you can't buy anything till auction start.
6:30 pm
As an individual you are required to put down a $500 CASH deposit. If you do not purchase a vehicle you get the deposit back. If you do purchase a vehicle the deposit is used toward your purchase.
