I got an immediate response from the company that all I needed to do was send the belt back with the pertinent order information. I returned the belt and had the new size shipped to a different address, it was delivered within a week, no extra charge.

I absolutely adore this place but I really wish they carried at least some plus sizes—I can never even find XLs. It’s really disheartening to walk into a store and feel like your body type isn’t welcome. Big girls want cute clothes too!
