Stay Away from this company Stay Away from this company Stay Away from this company Guys i am writing this review because i really want you guys to save from a huge trouble I did load with them and i missed my appointment time got late around 2 hours this company told me to reschedule the appointment i called company to reschedule they gave me the appointment after 22 days.Yeah thats the truth i have to pay for the fuel i have to pay for hotel food etc and for the diesel fuel for the whole time Finally I requested one of the employees there and they turned out to be angel for me after waiting waiting for 4 days i got offloaded Really thankful for that Angel who helped me Advise always read the reviews before you book load

I blame myself. Typically, while booking a load, I’ll ask a broker for the name of the shipper and receiver, do a quick google search of reviews, read the ‘newest’ only to get a quick consensus and if the reviews are less than 3 stars with hundred of reviews, I steer clear. So reviews work in keeping carriers away from horrible shippers and receivers. That being said, I was in a rush to recover a lane that canceled a load I was scheduled to pick up. I booked a load to this receiver for a 9:00am appointment. I arrived at 8:34am and followed the instructions given by the guard shack. I took a nap and woke up to check on the unloading progress. Two and a half hours after my appointment time, my trailer hasn’t been touched. Then I googled the reviews, saw the 2 star rating out of 195 reviews and knew I was in trouble. The bad reviews are dead-on. The good ones are exceptions to the bad ones. If you’re an O/O or have your own MC Authority, steer clear. Facilities like this will cost you more money than you were paid to do business with them

This place is such disrespectful for driver’s time. It took them 5 hours to unload dry van. Lost my next load because of these people. Will not do business with C&S as an O/O again
