This shop is amazing. This is real car guys. The entire front even staff is knowledgeable and very awesome to chat with. Brian, TC, and Matt are all awesome. Diaged my problem and spoke to me like a human not like a salesman. My truck has never driven better since i got it. Got me out about an hour before they promised and even changed a flat on my daughters car when she dropped me off. Amazing staff!!

Had my wife call at 6:15 for me to see if they could patch a new tire after catching a flat. She was told over the phone that if I could make it there before 7, they would look at it and see what they could do. I got there at 6:30, waited in line for 15 minutes, only to immediately be told there wasn’t anything they could do for me.

Rena and I had a tire that was leaking and we were concerned that we might not make it home. I stopped at another tire place and they could not help me until tomorrow. So in desperation I pulled into the Berlin Pep Boys Store. I spoke to Brian the manager and he was fantastic. He got us right in and fixed our leaky tire.. This was my first visit to this location but it wont be my last. I really trust Brian after all he did for us and when it is time to buy a new set of tires I will go back to the Berlin Pep Boys Store.
