Shopping experience has been great! Quality items at good prices. BUT...do not sign up for their Mastercard program..it is a scam! I received the bill on the 17th, paid it on the 25th, due on the 5th. They didn't post it until the 6th...one day after due date. Charged me $31 interest and $30 late fee. I closed the account! BJ's needs to associate with a better company than Comenity Mastercard.

You have to be a member to order online. There are 2 options ship from warehouse to you home or buy online and pick up at the store. If the item is unavailable it won't let you finish the transaction
