I've been coming to Beverly nails for years and have never had a bad experience. Bruce and Rose do my nails and they are both fantastic. We actually moved back after a few years away and couldn't wait to have Bruce or Rose do my nails again. One of the highlights of being back in Greensboro! Both are detailed oriented and my nails are literally perfect when I leave. Couldn't be more satisfied. Highly recommend!!

The manager of the store was going to do my nails. I showed him a picture of what I wanted which was light pink with some silver glitter on top. You would’ve thought I’d ask him to do something very difficult. He was extremely rude and arrogant so I left without getting my nails done. I won’t give my business to someone like that.

I just wanted to say thank you to Selena for making my daughter’s birthday extra special. She was so kind, professional, and really took the time to talk to me as well as my five year old daughter. She wAs very kind. Thank you so much!!

The gentleman did a great job doing my pedicure. I got white gel on my feet in less than a week my polish turned colors. It looked gray, and just dirty. I purposely wore slides since I’ve gotten my feet done. I paid $50 . They charge you $5 to take off your old polish which is dumb because they’re using the file to take the previous gel off. Why charge for that. They taking away from their workers tips. I called the salon BEVERLY NAIL SPA and the man told me there’s nothing he can do. Telling me it was my fault. They are in business because of US They over charge us and the right thing to do would have been to offer a polish change. I would never go to this place again. Gel is suppose to protect you from color changes. They charge an arm and a leg. WHATS THE PURPOSE OF GEL??????????????? POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!!
