I went in for a pedicure on a Wednesday. I had an event on Saturday. By Saturday my polish had come off half my toenails. I called Serenity on Tuesday and asked if this was normal. I was told a manager would call me back and I have never received a call. I wouldn't recommend them due to poor service and poor customer service.

Horrible horrible horrible experience. My French tip on my toes looked like a 5 year old did it. The woman who did my nails took an hour just to put on tips and acrylic. Ridiculous. Then she continued to pile on acrylic even though I told her that i wanted my nails to be thin. My nails are lopsided and ugly and she overcharged. $120 down the drain. Not to mention the service took 3 hours. Absolutely ridiculous.

I'm sure they would offer the gel for your toes but I'm not positive. I only get regular polish on my toes
Should be. If you do talk to them they are pretty good about taking care of you. I always see Lisa for SNS. Did you do a gel top or regular?
I've paid $15 for fill in. Don't do gel so I don't know
