Pixie is the BEST, we are very fortunate to have her on the team buying our home!!! We first met Pixie at an open house, while we are looking for the first home for our family. We do not have any experience as it is our first home. Pixie offered a chat as we are still looking for a home in the crazy market with little hope, and it turn out to change our lives for us. Pixie has the profession, enthusiasm, and heart to help us. She shares information with numbers to help us understand the market better. She builds and leads a team for our home buying, Steve on inspection, Lou on mortgage, Patrick as our attorney, etc. This team rocks!!! We find our dream home in Lexington with a perfect neighborhood and still nice on a budget :) If we are to buy another home in a few years, or my friend needs help, I would not hesitate to name Pixie as a reference as she is a reliable and responsible person. I would like to take the time to thank Pixie! THANK YOU!!!

In summary, Pixie was everything you'd want from a Real Estate agent- she was our friend, our guide, and an advocate for our best interests. We purchased our home during the pandemic and in one of the most hectic real estate markets in recent history. Doing so required reviewing hundreds of listings, discussing the market in particular neighborhoods at length, and providing countless hours of analysis. She assisted us in identifying houses we needed to see, scheduled dozens of viewings, helped us strategize open houses/ showings, and helped submit 9 competitive offers over the course of several months. Armed with the information, and comfort we gained through months of house hunting we were able to work with Pixie to make the winning offer on the house that is perfect for our family. She was there every step of the way from initial market analysis, pre-approval (she recommended a great bank / mortgage broker), finding a great inspector (on the houses we could inspect!), crafting competitive offers that worked for us, all the way through closing (and negotiating the terms of the rent-back!). We are thrilled and so very grateful for Pixie's help. While her real estate knowledge, professionalism and advocacy were necessary to help us find our home, it was her unwavering optimism and commitment to our best interest that got us through this process. We dealt with extremely limited inventory, houses selling for 30% more than ask price, houses selling in an hour after listing, offers with any contingencies essentially being ignored. All of these complications were difficult to manage, especially on top of the stress caused by the pandemic. Regardless of what was going on, Pixie always took the extra time to connect with us and made sure we felt heard. Through it all, Pixie offered insight, cheerfully comforted us, and addressed our concerns. She listened. She cared. It was evident that not only did she want us to buy a house, but wanted us to be truly happy. Her counsel, optimism, and determination allowed us to forge ahead with our search, and ultimately allowed us to feel informed and empowered to make the right offer on the house that was right for us. We couldn't have done it without Pixie's help, and we are grateful to her for everything she has done for our family.

Simply put, it's when you're ready. The decision to sell is often filled with emotions, especially if you've lived in that home for many years. To downsize and declutter takes time.
Yes, absolutely!
Downsizing or “living simpler” is another milestone in our cycle of life’s seasons. However, clearing out a home, preparing it for market and considering where to go next is a major transition filed with a multitude of decisions from start to finish.
3 GOLDEN RULES of DOWNSIZING: • Refrain from buying more things. • Take time to take care – this is an emotional process. • One space at a time, baby steps will get you everywhere! Sometimes just getting ready to be ready requires guidance. Contact a trusted REALTOR® who works with Seniors to take you through the process in alignment with your needs.
