Just had my first appointment here and loved every bit of my experience with Gina and Jennifer. The service was great, the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. Great vibe and friendly, helpful staff. I had an amazing facial and a tint/brow wax. I can’t say enough good things, both were extremely attentive, thorough and professional. Easy appointments, welcoming staff, and talented employees! I was thrilled with my eyebrow wax, and facial. Gina and Jennifer are the absolute best. I loved not only the incredible results but their excellent customer service. Amazing. I will be back for more services!

Today I was transformed by Bethany from a frizzy haired older woman into a beautiful confident woman !! She was a really sweet, professional student, paying attention to everything I asked for !! I wish she was getting a job closer to us here in St. John County!! I even got a hand and scalp massage for free !! Definitely worth every 5 stars ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Only go if you are desperate (I was ) a stylist should recognize when she is breaking someone hair, stop and use her own hands instead. Period.. she did not like me telling her what to do and argued with me. I had to tell her my hair was dying from being old to get her to stop breaking it with the brush. I also had to explain that I don't use a hairbrush and that should be obvious I have curly hair and warned her on this before she started by showing her my ringlets just think about this ladies I said to her "do you see you are breaking my hair" she said "yes" not worth $20.

Maranda and Blair were phenomenal!!! They listened to understand my concerns and my wants - I felt they actually heard me! Maranda took the time to cut and style my hair as it should have been; she made sure I was happy with the cut as we progressed through the entire process. This was refreshing because by doing so she gave me the chance to make changes as we went along. Blair was top notch in guiding Maranda and my cut and making suggestions and providing visuals so I could fully understand the potential of my cut. Both Maranda and Blair were quick to ease my concerns and explain what should happen with a cut (especially when texturing is involved). To say I'm happy with my cut and my experience is putting it mildly. I'm absolutely ecstatic and feel more myself than I have felt in a long time. Maranda and Blair helped me feel more myself and I'm forever grateful. This is a memory that will stay with me for a long, long, long time! I can't thank either one of these fantastic women enough!
