It's difficult to find vets who treat bunnies, so I was lucky to find VCA and they're actually accepting new patients, which many vets aren't. They were so good with my bun

!!!!DON'T GO TO VCA!!!! I've been loyal VCA member for many years in Illinois. One of the main reasons is so I can make use of the VCA network / brand. I'm also member of the VCA care club, for which I pay almost $100 per month. I just moved to south Hadley, and when i called today for my sick dog, they told me that they won't take any "new" clients until May. When i said that this means i can't use my very expensive Careclub membership, they kept responding that I could use it if I had an appointment (?!?!). Needless to say, this seems to be an extremely useless, and pardon me, stupid response ever. In effect, then, I'm paying 100$ into vca for services I can't make use of. I highly recommend not going to VCA and not participating in their weird, unethical rip-off scheme.
