I had a recall for the airbag on my 99 civic. The appointment was for 11. They didn't pull the car into the shop till 1:10. Im still here waiting and its now almost 2. Be prepared for them to be way behind schedule.

Excellent service. We live 40 miles away from Apple Tree Honda. We just had our Odyssey serviced locally the day before leaving for a long trip on a Saturday. About 10 miles from Fletcher NC a bad grinding/squealing sound forced us to pull off the interstate. We limped into Apple Tree where Service Coordinator J.P. Prillaman greeted us and got us in quickly, even though we didn’t have an appointment. Within an hour a service tech diagnosed the problem. J.P. set us up in a reasonable rental car at Apple Tree, explained that parts couldn’t be ordered until that Tuesday, and hopefully the repair completed by Wednesday. All that happened as he explained, and we picked up the Odyssey on time and in good running order.

Overpriced repair, I let them know on my ticket what was a matter with my car, and sure enough they charged me $170 to tell me the same thing, and they didn't even have the part for it. I was forced to go here, and did not approve the repair due to their high costs. If you have a local mechanic who can help with your car, go their first. I will say, the waiting room and facilities were nice. I neve go to a dealership repair center, and this solidifies my opinion on these type of repairs.

Disinterested in service or resolution. Always long wait, never resolved, act as if not interested. Can't trust to handle. Visit other dealerships and you'll really recognize

Certainly, your tire purchase doesn't pay the man that is going to be rotating your tires in the future. Most of them are paid by commission and get a wage based on the task performed.

Pilots are great vehicles. Some of the early models have transmission issues, but they got it resolved. As always, have it looked at by a trusted mechanic before purchase. Unless its factory certified. Good luck in your search!
Yes, but call Service Dept. and make appointment first, so they know you will be dropping off after hours. They have a great Service Team!
