Now, I’ve been renting vehicles from this specific location for 4 months straight every weekend before I got another vehicle of my own. I never had an issue with the people that were there AT THE TIME (as there’s new faces at this location now) . I call that being a loyal customer right. but recently, I had gotten into an car accident and my car was totaled, so I was able to rent a vehicle through insurance. The issue is that, I never received my $50.00 deposit back. When I brought this issue up to the one of the representative there, I explained my issue to him. Let me tell you - the whole time the guy was VERY rude, VERY UNPROFESSIONAL, VERY SARCASTIC And to me didn’t care to listen to my issue and what I had to say. He would cut me off while I’m speaking like no customer service skills whatsoever. And I believe he was one of the managers or assistant managers there. After he cut me off he then stated to me that he would refund my deposit back and then disconnected the call very disrespectfully. It has been about 2-3 weeks and I STILL have not received my deposit back. It bothers me a lot because like I said I’ve been going to this specific location for some time now and never had an issue with my deposit coming back to me. But now that it’s new faces, I feel as if the people at the front isn’t taking their role seriously, instead only looking at it as a Job and not their career. Never been mistreated like I was and belittled the way I was and makes me not ever want to do business with such a franchise again. If they will treat a customer who is one of the loyal customers, imagine who else they are mistreating like this

Very helpful and informative, great shop! Cesar is very friendly and attention to detail oriented. Had my car in the shop, showed up earlier than my reservation expecting to wait but he got me on the road right away with a sweet little Jeep. Had to extend the rental due to repairs and it was no fuss no problem. Great work team!

Yes they do normally by the front door
Depends on what part of the campus you are talking about. But between 3 and 5 miles. If you are picking up or dropping off a car they will come and pick you up/drop you off.
Usually not sure do not work here
