My husband and I recently chose Camel City Roofing to reroof our home after having wind damage. If you are looking for a great company to do your roof, look no further. We cannot say enough good things about the experience. Richard(owner) came to do the inspection, gave an honest quote and answered all of our questions. The company is family owned and operated. The crew that did our roof are as efficient, diligent and professional. They arrived a little earlier(! a good point), completed the entire roof and cleaned the site, making several passes to be sure no debris or nails were left. They all worked well together as a team. They take pride in their job and we could not be happier with the result.

While there are many ways to prep your roof for service, we send our customers a checklist that helps make the installation process smooth from the start!
The cost depends on the level of damage, the square footage of your roof, and the materials used on your roof. Our instant roofing estimate can help you calculate the potential cost of roof repairs.
That depends on the state of your roof. As roofers in Winston-Salem, our team of experts can help diagnose your roof and find the right service for you and your budget.

Asphalt, clay, metal, wood shakes, and slate shingles are the best roofing materials.
Typically, a roof should be replaced every 15-20 years. However, this can vary based on the materials on your roof, so be sure to speak to your local roofing contractor in Winston-Salem before scheduling service.

A roof repalcement can take as little as a few days up to several weeks to finish. The duration depends on the condition of your current roof, and several other factors like the materials used and weather conditions.
That depends on your roof's current condition. While a roof replacement is a more long-term solution, it's unnecessary if you have mild roof damage. As roofers in Winston-Salem, our team can help you decide if repairs or replacement is the best route for your home.

We send our Camel City Construction Checklist to help all our customers have a smooth roofing installation or repair experience! This checklist runs through all necessary steps that must be completed prior to the project’s start dates.
During a roof repair or roof installation, the process can be rather messy, and at times loud. Our crew always tarps and protects landscaping and nearby items before starting a project, so your property stays as pristine as possible. However, because the roof replacement process can be loud, we advise that any noise-sensitive family members or pets vacate your property while we work on your roof.
When it comes to roof repairs in Winston-Salem or Greensboro, there are several steps our team must complete before starting a project, like gathering all the necessary materials and taking care of any preparations. Our team will always notify you of our expected start date, so you know exactly when and how long our service will take place.
In most instances, one of our team members will personally walk your roof. However, sometimes the condition of the shingles or the height and pitch of the roof does not allow our team members to complete an inspection safely. In these instances, we fly a drone around your home and take pictures of all roof facets, so we can assess all roof damage repair before starting service.
We do not require homeowners to be present during a roofing inspection. However, we prefer having you present to discuss any issues we discover during the inspection.
As residential roofers, we take our time to ensure a thorough roofing inspection. During a roof inspection, one of our technicians will inspect your roof’s shingles, vents, penetrations, and flashing to see if there’s any damage. Once we evaluate your roof, we’ll take measurements and pictures of your roof so that we can move forward with incredibly prepared service.
