Blue collar hard working folks aren’t necessarily the most warm and fuzzy from a customer service perspective. Guys in the back putting in the work are great, older ladies in the front office don’t really move fast or care that you’re busy. They’re probably grandfathered in so no real incentive to move fast anyway. I understand though, the folks coming to sell scrap metal are likely unsavory so that type of thing can wear on ya!
