I love Starbucks but unfortunately this one doesn't really make the beautiful coffee like other locations. The appearance and actually the way they make it does affect the taste. Drizzling the Carmel around the cup adding whipped cream and adding more Drizzling to that give it more flavor. Not sure if they are trained the same or just don't want to do it. They used to the end of last year. When did it change?

Absolutely the best place. The staff is very friendly, even when they are super busy. I will pay a little more for good coffee and superior service!!

Always great customer service at this Starbucks. I'd give them a 5star rating if they'd start filling the drinks full.. most of the time it half or 3/4 full. I've emailed them with no response back.. the price they charge..it should be FULL drinks.

Great place for coffee, much better than Dunkin donuts. Great selection. Best thing I like was the order taker asked for my name and asked how I was doing. I felt very welcomed

They had that same thing up for a week in Dubuque when closed. No ideas why.
Yes they wear badges, yes they ask for customer names, I haven't been introduced to the team though.
