DO NOT USE THIS FOR YOUR WEDDING. We signed a wedding contract months in advance with this hotel for one honeymoon suite for 2 nights as well as an additional 25 rooms for our guests. This place messed up and didn’t have our honeymoon suite for either night. Then said they would comp us for one night then went back on what they said less than 4 hours later when they insisted we still had to pay for the night. The front desk suggested that we should of called and confirmed a second time to make sure they still had the room. You know after booking out half of your hotels rooms for the night you’d think you made sure the ONE room we requested for our special night would be available. Broken vending machines and elevators were also another part of this unforgettable experience at this hotel.

Positive: House keeping was very nice Negative: The toilet was broke, when you showered the drain was clogged so it would fill up with dirty water. We had some guy come around knocking on everyone¿s door for a cigarette every day we were there. There was not enough breakfast for all of the customers

We booked a suite for our family of 5, including 3 kids under 5, so that we would have a bit more space. Upon checking in we were informed that kids were not allowed in suites, and we were switched to a room with zero extra space and two full (not even queen!) beds. The room was incredibly small, with barely enough space for two pack n plays. Things were clean, but old and nothing was updated. They took the jacuzzi out of the pool area. Breakfast was fine, but minimal. It has gone downhill significantly over the last several years. Above all, the stay was average at best, but I was and continue to be absolutely appalled that they would not let us have the room that we had booked. There was nothing online about restrictions and we were not given a reason as to why kids were not allowed. It’s not like we were throwing a raging party, we clearly had young kids. Had we known we couldn’t have the suite and would have to stay in a regular room we would’ve stayed at another hotel in a larger, nicer regular room.

I have no idea what is up with these bad reviews, I guess you can't please everyone! I've had pretty good luck with Baymont pulled into this place late, I'm hauling a 26 ft trailer and there wasn't room for it in the parking area. The gentleman at then front desk told me that I could park wherever I could fit. I ended up parking by the front door on camera ! I didn't catch the guy at the front desk name but he was very polite! The rooms are clean we are staying on the second floor it smells like paint, that's not a bad thing, good to see a hotel keeping up with maintenance. They allow dogs with a $20 fee, that's a great deal compared to other hotels! The room is very nice, the water is hot, everything is clean. Really nice hotel. I stay in hotels more than my house so I've seen the good and the bad and this one is very nice. And for the people complaining about the price (about $100) that's not a bad price at All!!!!
