Some food hot, most cold. You are asked to wear gloves when you get the food, most people don't. Always good service.

I went there 4.30 at which time they charge dinner prices $12.99, $3 more than lunch. The food was leftovers from lunch that apparently had been sitting there all day and tasted like left overs. Some items were OK but most items I had were dry and tasted like they had been sitting there for while.

All food is behind plastic.. Everything is served in a plate, then give to you at end of bar. Plastic silverware and bottles to drink.
Yes they do but only 2 to 3 tables
Fairly certain that you can go to the walk-up window (but not go inside the restaurant) and ask for a takeout menu and order your food from it, then wait in your car until it is time to pick up your order. Must wear mask while at walk-up window.
Not that I can tell, they both seem to run things differently
