I went into the store to have the battery changed in my cell phone. The technician checked the battery and performed tests on the phone for any other possible detrimental factors. The battery did not need to be changed and all work was completed in less than an hour. He did not try to pressure me to purchase anything new for the phone and only mentioned a sale on AA and AAA batteries that had a manufacturer's rebate. No pressure, just stuck to things done on the phone. After hearing horror stories from grandsons who took their Phone into an Apple store where they were pressured to buy other services and products. They left without having their phones repaired.
