I’ve been going here for the last 2 years and it’s hands down the best gym in the area. Great selection of equipment for cardio or lifting and being able to access it 24/7 is a huge plus if you have an abnormal schedule. Also, Dave(owner) is a great guy and always there to help others when needed. Couldn’t recommend a better gym for someone new to working out or an advanced lifter.

I was extremely grateful for Dave letting my girlfriend and I train here when no other gyms were open on Christmas. He has a very nice selection of kit and offered some good advice and tips. Good old fashioned gym. The owner Dave is extremely helpful. All the other members are friendly and helpful. I'm very lucky to have this so close to my homeThanks Jason, it's great to have you and your son working out here, in 6 months i think you'll both be happy with the results..
