Same issue here (x2) vehicles. They are back open now and will refund you a month and a half back.. but you'll have to go to the office on South Tryon
I do the 19.99 per month
They are a car wash facility. So I do not believe this is their service that they offer.
I think you have to call.
Maybe it was raining or it was forecasted to rain that day..also sometimes it has to shutdown to do repairs or tune ups on the machinery
