So today recycle truck left half of our bin full so when trashmen came by my father asked if they could take it they did then as they drove away he gave my dad the bird, this is what we are paying for & how we treat the elderly veterans in our community? I have been tipping them for Christmas for years no more. So sad this is my community, not to mention they check our bins to make sure stuff is clean, but where are our checks & balances, our town puts these kind of people in jobs like this. So disappointed & ashamed to be in this town !

Yes you can. The payment is done by weight so I wouldn't know the exact cost. You have to drive into the scale and be weighed with the couch, go to the dumpster and through out the couch, then go back to the scale and be weighed. They take checks and cards, no cash.
Sometimes it's safer to backup rather than have to turn around A 62 ton vehicle that is over 14 feet high and 25 feet long and requires a very special licensed driver. Please respect our Town Workers for all they do for us.
Put it in a paper bag, roll the top so it is closed and put it in the recycling tote for paper
