I'm giving this place a 3 for right down the middle. (I cant figure out how to do a 2.5 on this rating system) 2.5. Reason being is I believe they discriminate. I've stayed here 7 years ago. In a ratchet room on the("ghetto side" More on that later). That stay led to my vehicle being stolen. Yet stayed 1 month ago(the cheapest place to stay as I was only passing through per unexpected business). I had an animal with me. And was given uexpected service being that they are a pet free motel. Was told that I'd would even be put on the "non ghetto" side.From what I can tell from my experience is, the ghetto side is rooms in the 100's on left of facing the office. The good ones are those on the right of in the 200's. Just my take. Hope this helps someone.

Please do not stay here! I would not reccomend this motel to anyone! The rooms are horrendous. The house keeping does not thoroughly clean each room. They did not change the shower curtain that the previous occupants used during their stay. Instead, they closed the shower curtain like it was fresh and hung clean towels and wash clothes over the dirty curtain. That is unsanitary and cross contamination. Next, the fridge was filled with food residue and gnats. How is one supposed to store food in a filthy fridge? In addition, the linen on the bed had stains and burn holes, it made my skin crawl and itch. Very uncomfortable. Even more of an inconvenience, the management/front desk is extremely rude and inconsiderate. When I left my room to get lunch, they deactivated my room key. When I went to the front desk to ask for my key to be reactivated, the manager acted like she did not recognize me and would not activate the room key that she gave me so that I could access the room. The audacity! How could she stand there, look me in my face while I pay for the room and sign the receipt, but turn around deactivate my card, and not allow me to enter the room that I PAID FOR? She also refused to give me a refund and threatened to call the cops on me if I didn't leave the property. I am very disappointed, I can guarantee that you will be as well if you decide to stay here.

For my first time in Delaware it wasn't bad it was a great place to sleep comfortable beds hot showers ac tv free wifi and great front desk lady she's such a doll great price too the place could've been cleaner but after along drive and getting there at 1 am exhausted it's perfect thank you

Very wonderful staff, excellent room. Very clean! Highly recommended oh and when we stayed, 6/8/21, literally brand new bedding, you can still the creases in them! Will definitely be back
