Worst staff in autozone specially the black manager lady (not to be racist don't know her name) always screaming,smoking and on the phone. Me and mi friend went to the store to look for something and mi friend was staring at a product that was close to her and she started with an attitude saying WHAT YOU LOOKONG AT YOU NEED HELP DONT STARE AT ME I STARE BACK AT YOU HOW ABOUT THAT. I heard that and told her he was looking at a product she proceeded to tell the other employees this guy thinks he's something staring at me. This is the second time and this will be mi last time coming to this store to spend mi money like they said spend your money elsewhere and that's exactly what I am doing been loyal to autozone for 3 years now they lost a customer and my referral to this store I have a mechanic shop so I have a lot of customer and believe me I won't spend a dime more in that store.

As soon as we walked into store.. the Rude, crazy manager lady (who was outside smoking and yelling already) told an employee to run in after us and tell us that I couldn’t have my purse on me and had to leave it up front with them on the desk. Is this normal? Because we never had that happen before. Bad vibes in that place… Won’t be giving them business again 🥱 (west market st location)

It was an Autozone. They had everything we expected them to have, the employees were friendly and knowledgeable and they also offer a military discount which is great.
